RENOVATION PROJECT K.S

The Project was on renovation of an apartment.
Since the apartment was 19 years old, the layout style of rooms in it was old, with the rooms closed after the other. The rooms didn’t have good ventilation and lighting.
Since the budget was tight, we decided that the renovation will be limited to a part of the floor, ceiling, and the living, dining, Kitchen (LDK) space.
First, the existing wall of the kitchen was removed, to make the room wider, allow passage of wind through, and get natural light to the whole room. Changing the position of the door, long hallway led into the LDK. A big shelf was designed on the surface of the wall for use in both living and kitchen space.
Although the design technique used to change the layout of the rooms was quite simple, we could provide comfortable space that is larger, brighter, and airier than that existed before renovation.
