FLAT SUITA

Flat Suita is a three-story wooden condominium.
The client requested a property with some kind of characteristic feature, so we decided to plan a lounge that the residents could share the use of.
This lounge is freely available for use by residents by reservation, and they can use it privately or for parties and meetings as a venue for communication between residents.
With a bar counter, kitchen, large projector, and sofas, it can be used for a variety of events.
These links between residents also improve security in the building.
Another characteristic that we planned is the wider balconies in each residence, which can accommodate a table and chairs.
As the balconies are connected to open space, they are comfortable areas where light pours in and breezes flow through.
By pursuing the livability of the residences, rather than the rentability ratio of the building, we have improved the value of the entire building.
This connects to increasing the rent from each residence and lengthening the time that residents rent for.
As the rental market reaches saturation and the trend develops towards attractive properties in buildings with a firmly established concept, we believe that we succeeded in suggesting an effective direction.
