HOUSE MINAMIOHI

It is a residence for the two generations families.
The first floor is for the clients' parents for the time being, and it'll be lent out in the future. The second floor and the third floor are the client family's home.We were requested to make the two separate approaches to building and preparing a parking lot for lease.
Since it is 3 stories building, a vertical line of flow comparatively becomes large, and the first floor will be rented in the future so that it needs bathroom and kitchen, the root of plumbing has to be briefly arranged. As a result, we designed the vertical line of flow coiled and rose the surroundings of the water shaft.
Moreover, in order to increase storage space, we designed the storage under a floor of the kitchen and bathroom on the second floor.
By having inserted storage under a floor, the level of a kitchen space and the utility space goes up and the space of relaxation (the living room and dining room) are divided by the level difference.
There are private spaces on the third floor so that a family can spend a quiet time and protect privacy.
We wanted to create a space with playful mind in a child's room, so we planned a loft space, which has a bed space on top and a closet underneath. The child can climb up the loft space with ladder, and enter the closet to store his clothes and stuff. It is also helpful to use limited space efficiently.
We succeeded to integrate a space for living and a flow line, and the maximum usable space is used effectively in this project.
